Our story
Margherita Hut started in a London back garden in 2022, with a borrowed pizza oven and a bag of '00' flour. After a few burnt crusts and one very memorable margherita, we were hooked.
Today we're a small UK-based team of pizza nerds, recipe testers and gear reviewers. We hunt down the kit and ingredients that actually deliver wood-fired results at home — and skip the gimmicks.
